The Rules committee approved an ordinance amending Section 113.12 of the Summit County Codified Ordinances to update fees charged by the engineer, planning and GIS division for map and GIS services and declared the item an emergency.
Gabe Durant, with the Executive Department of Development, said the fee schedule was last updated in 2012 and the proposed ordinance is a routine adjustment to reflect current use and capacity.
A motion to approve the ordinance (mover: Mr. Cason) passed by voice vote. No detailed fee table or dollar amounts were discussed on the record during this portion of the meeting; staff described the change as a simple update to the schedule.
The ordinance will be posted by the clerk and enacted consistent with county procedures and the declared emergency.
