County staff informed the Board of Commissioners that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rescinded a revised Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Continuum of Care program that would have applied in program year 2026—6 and 2027. As a result, Butler County's current permanent supportive housing vouchers remain funded under the existing program year schedule through August 2026 unless HUD issues a new NOFO.
