Item 10 authorizes an agreement with Toledo Public Schools to provide services for expectant and parenting students (effective Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2026) with a not‑to‑exceed amount of $136,800. Items 11 and 12 are revenue‑generating agreements assigning LCJFS staff to assist with eligibility determination: the Board of Developmental Disabilities agreement not to exceed $51,842, and ProMedica (Toledo Hospital and Children's Hospital) not to exceed $86,402 for calendar-year 2026 staffing.
