A pump station was described as a roughly 25,000‑gallons‑per‑day facility. A punch list remains: some elevations behind the stormwater pond are low and other areas are high; about 200 feet of a roughly 2,200‑linear‑foot water line did not meet the minimum cover requirement (the water line is supposed to have a three‑foot minimum cover) and will require additional fill and adjustments before final acceptance.
Board members were told these are standard punch‑list items and that corrections can be completed alongside seeding and finish work. No formal action was taken; the update was informational.
