Committee reports two bills out of committee after executive session; one amendment adopted

In executive session the committee reported substitute House Bill 23‑63 (music therapy licensing) and substitute House Bill 24‑22 (private security guard licensing fee) out of committee with due‑pass recommendations. The committee adopted timing/implementation‑date amendments for both bills; HB 24‑22 passed the roll call 9‑7 with one excused.
