The Marshfield Plan Commission granted preliminary approval on Feb. 17 for the Back 9 Estates subdivision, a proposal for 17 single-family lots and one outlot on about 25.37 acres north of McMillan Street, but required the applicant to resolve multiple engineering and design items before final plat consideration.
