The House Insurance Committee approved a substitute for House Bill 230 during its meeting. Representative John moved "I move to accept L1361289-3 as a substitute bill to House Bill 230," and, after the substitute was explained as narrowing the bill to the governance of joint ventures and their members, the committee approved the substitute without objection.
