In executive session the Senate Ways and Means Committee moved due‑pass recommendations for a long list of bills (including SB 5,872; SB 5,879; substitutes to SB 5,834; SB 5,835; SB 5,905; SB 5,832; SB 6,177; second substitute SB 5,496; SB 5,970; SB 5,994; substitute SB 6,047; substitute SB 5,647), adopted several amendments and prepared bills to be signed and routed to Rules.

After public testimony the committee moved into executive session, where staff briefly reviewed many bills and senators made motions to recommend bills to the Rules Committee. Committee members moved, seconded and approved due‑pass recommendations — many by voice vote — for a series of bills and substitutes. The committee adopted several proposed substitutes and amendments on the floor before recording due‑pass recommendations.
