Council backs Cache County Fire District ambulance license after single-bid RFP
Council reviewed a committee recommendation accepting a single RFP for south-end ambulance service (the Cache County Fire District) and passed a resolution supporting renewal of the district’s ambulance service license for 2026–2029.

Council opened a public hearing on an ambulance service request for proposals covering the county’s south end. Staff said the RFP process (legally noticed) yielded a single bid from the Cache County Fire District; a committee made up of the county executive, his deputy and Kurt Webb reviewed the submission and found it in order.
