TACOMA — Governor Jay Inslee signed an executive order Tuesday launching Washington’s commitment to Reentry 2030, a national initiative that aims to improve outcomes for people leaving jails and prisons by coordinating services across state agencies and expanding access to housing, identification, health care and education.
