Concord parks‑and‑recreation bond update: two projects complete, multiple sites under construction
Assistant director Colin Jay told council the bond program added roughly $100,858 in investment earnings since last month; Academy Gibson McInnis Aquatic Center and Dorton Park are complete, Marvin Caldwell and Jim's Ramser parks are under construction and several park projects are moving toward bidding this spring and summer.
