Miss Hunt, Prosper ISD’s human-resources lead, told the Board of Trustees on Jan. 26 that the district’s enrollment stood at 33,902 and that leadership has focused on staff retention and compensation ahead of contract season. She said the district’s stay-interview process (more than 200 interviews this year) shows employees value culture and leadership alongside pay.
