Members reviewed a proposed racial-equity results-based-accountability (RBA) framework that links the CAB’s operating principles and the Measure X ballot language to population-level conditions of well-being. The working list included 12 candidate outcome areas (for example, sustaining a strong social safety net, protecting vulnerable populations, supporting early childhood services, and fostering inclusion and belonging).
