Speaker 5 said the county's hazard mitigation plan is at a 'draft final' stage and that "director Bobby Lucero has distributed it to all the stakeholders for the review," asking stakeholders to return comments by Feb. 20. The speaker said staff member LoSettle will present the draft to the commission and that it will later come before the commission for adoption.
