Planning staff reported that the surveyor was double-booked and could not attend the meeting. Staff said an existing structure on the property had been removed several weeks earlier and that county health-department requirements for septic systems were satisfied. Both resulting lots have road access from Prairie Grove Lake Road, staff said.
No public comment was recorded. A motion to approve as presented was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Staff will complete final plat procedures and ensure conditions are met before any development proceeds.
