Township staff presented two minor subdivision packages for decision. The Akins Replot minor subdivision (Pentair Engineering) would subtract 0.0925 acres from a 152‑acre lot and add it to a 9.17‑acre lot to create a 10.095‑acre parcel containing the Akins cabins. Staff recommended approval of two waiver requests (a plan scale waiver and a waiver related to riparian buffer marker spacing) and conditional approval of the plan contingent upon satisfactory resolution of comments from reviewing agencies (Center Regional Planning Agency memo of 04/24/2025, township engineer letter of 05/05/2025 and zoning officer letter of 05/07/2025).
