The House Committee on Early Childhood and Human Services on Feb. 5 adopted the dash‑1 amendment to House Bill 40 22, which establishes the Oregon Imagination Library program and directs the Department of Early Learning and Care to implement it. Vice Chair Anna Scharf moved the amendment and the chair declared the amendment adopted.
