The Trumbull County Board of Commissioners voted to enter executive session to prepare for and review collective bargaining negotiations under Ohio Revised Code section 121.22(G)(4). An unidentified commissioner moved for the executive session, a motion was seconded and a roll-call vote recorded as affirmative by the commissioners present.
