Sutter County supervisors approve contract solicitations, construction and consultant agreements and personnel reclassifications
The board approved a package of operational decisions: a reduction in Williamson Act contract term to 9 years (estimated $77,000 additional county revenue), authorization to solicit bids for a 7.6‑mile road overlay, award of a $196,600 demolition/abatement contract for 463 2nd Street, consultant agreements for jail HVAC design (Kitchell) and amendments to support the Lakeside at Centerpoint and Housley Road bridge projects, and multiple HR classification and salary‑range updates; all recorded votes were unanimous.
