Sutter County issues November proclamations on homelessness, caregivers and lung cancer awareness
The board presented proclamations for National Homeless Awareness Month, National Family Caregivers and In-Home Care Providers Month and Lung Cancer Awareness Month; nonprofit and public-health representatives accepted the proclamations and noted local programs and screening guidance. California IHSS serves over 795,000 recipients statewide and more than 2,000 in Sutter County, the proclamation said.
