The Sutter County Board of Supervisors on July 22 unanimously adopted an ordinance to amend the general plan designation and zoning for five parcels totaling roughly 19.37 acres along State Highway 20 (Project U23-0017), a step county staff said is necessary to allow future commercial and industrial development.
