Sutter County board approves most consent items; four items held for 4/5 vote
The board adopted the consent calendar except items 6, 10, 13 and 17 (held because they require a four-fifths vote). Supervisor Jeff Stevens moved adoption of the remaining consent items; the motion carried unanimously among supervisors present.

The Sutter County Board of Supervisors advanced its routine business by adopting the consent calendar with four items removed for separate action. The chair noted that items 6, 10, 13 and 17 required a four-fifths vote and were therefore removed from the single-motion adoption.
