Sutter County board approves most consent items; four items held for 4/5 vote

Farley said, among other remarks, “That fentanyl is like crock cocaine all steroids,” and asserted that “fentanyl killed officer Redarty.” Those statements were delivered as public comment and were not supported or disputed by the board during the meeting.
