Sutter County officials praise rapid Workday rollout, add Sherpa for budget workflow
County staff told the Board of Supervisors on April 10 that Sutter County completed a 14‑month Workday ERP implementation with an April 2024 go‑live, maintained on‑time payroll and improved auditability, and will use Sherpa for budget development after finding Workday's adaptive planning unsuitable.
