Supervisors asked whether transit agencies had been involved and pressed for an implementation plan; several members called out Simpson Lane as currently unsafe for bicyclists and requested specific design and safety solutions. Staff agreed to provide the implementation plan and additional materials for public review and the board continued the item to the next regular meeting so members could review the plan ahead of any resolution adoption.
