Board approves Amendment No. 7 to JPA to join regional Community Choice Aggregation
Sutter County authorized the chair to sign Amendment No. 7 to the amended and restated joint powers agreement to join the pioneer Community Choice Aggregation (CCA); county staff said the California Public Utilities Commission recently approved additions and the amendment provides Sutter County a voting seat on the CCA board.
