House Bill 320 (LC 443357s) was presented to the committee by Kelly as legislation aimed at managing solar-panel recycling at the end of the panels' useful life. Kelly said the bill had been presented in the prior session and that committee members recently "made a slight tweak" to remove some registry requirements that had previously been placed on the department.
