Council advances constitutional technical corrections amendment to fix drafting issues from prior amendments
The Legislative Council approved moving forward with a constitutional amendment to fix 11 minor drafting errors created while incorporating previous amendments (noting House Bill 10 and Senate Bill 15). The draft would also allow future limited technical corrections by supermajority. Motion passed 9–0 with one absent.
