House Bill 732, introduced at the delegation’s request by Delegate Ebersole, asks the General Assembly to acknowledge and approve Baltimore County’s decennial local-code update, a regular process for the county as a charter jurisdiction. Pam Casemeyer (county witness) described the measure as technical and routine, saying it uses the same language the assembly has used in previous updates and requested a favorable report.
