Board accepts exhibits, executes prior orders and schedules upcoming cases
The Board accepted exhibits and supporting neighbor letters into the record, executed prior Board of Adjustment orders, and was informed that two (possibly three) cases are expected on next month’s agenda. Questions clarified that application files are public record though full house plans are not posted online.

At the start of the meeting the Board accepted Exhibit A (Jefferson County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 400 — Unified Development Order) and Exhibit B (staff report and case files) into the record after a motion and vote. Later, the board accepted supporting letters from a neighbor (Mr. Medlock) and the Mayfield Farms Homeowners Association for BOA25005.
