House Rules Committee advances four bills to the floor; votes recorded
On Feb. 12 the committee adopted amendments and moved four bills to the floor with due-pass recommendations: HB 40 20 (permit processing performance measures), HB 41 62 (repeal OLCC labor-peace requirement), HB 41 43 (withhold federal payments — dash 1 adopted), and HB 40 17 (allow campaign-related security expenses). All four motions passed by roll call in committee.
