At the Feb. 24 council meeting, staff updated the council on the multi-jurisdictional fire services task force. Mike (city staff) said the task force received a set of cost numbers from different providers but found the data lacked a consistent basis for direct comparison. The group directed the entities to return with full proposals and implementation plans so the task force can compare options on an apples-to-apples basis.
