Pitkin County conducts board interviews and backs regional request to raise Prop 1-2-3 AMI thresholds
The board interviewed Open Space & Trails and library applicants and agreed to promote several citizen-board renewals; staff also asked the board to endorse a regional DOLA AMI waiver request to raise program income limits for Prop 1-2-3 housing funds up to 120% AMI to make local projects viable.
