The Vermont House on the floor heard a committee report on H.907, a bill establishing a periodic legislative review of the many reports state agencies are required to file. Representative Nugent (member from South Burlington) told the chamber the bill categorizes agency reports into three classes: those that are no longer necessary and should be repealed; those that should be retained but reviewed again in four years; and those that should remain permanently.
