The City Commission considered two property matters on Oct. 21. The mayor opened a public hearing on a property listed as 321 Broadway; no members of the public spoke and the hearing was closed. Later in the meeting the commission approved Resolution 16‑49 concerning the property (motion by Commissioner Showalter; second by Commissioner Howard), with a unanimous roll call.
