Planning commission approves commercial planned-development amendment near Harmony Way
The Red Oak Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 23 approved a planned-development amendment (PD107R6) to allow commercial and restaurant uses on a subdivided parcel at the southwest corner of Harmony Way and NW 35 (Case ZebraCharles2520). Staff described landscaping and screening requirements; no end users were identified.

The Red Oak Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a zoning amendment on Feb. 23 to convert PD107R5 to PD107R6, allowing commercial development on Lot 1, Block B of the Bridal Oak Legacy Square addition at the southwest corner of Harmony Way and Northwest 35 (Case ZebraCharles2520), requested by Michael Westfall.
