One nominee, Tanisha Hammett (20260051), was deferred because she was not present.
Committee members also approved an emergency declaration and passage of bill 20260090, described by counsel as charter cleanup necessary for pending confirmations; the emergency and the bill passed 6-0. A separate transportation resolution (20260113) was amended to attach a revised priority-project list for referral to the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization and approved as an emergency so the city could meet TPO deadlines.
