Senator Shane introduced bill RS 2,514, "an act concerning education, enacting the Haley Weisenbach Protecting Students Act," which would establish an Office of the Education Inspector General and authorize the Education Inspector General to conduct audits, investigations and reviews of educational institutions. "I would like to introduce bill number RS 2,514, an act concerning education, enacting the Haley Weisenbach Protecting Students Act," Shane said during bill introductions.
