Board approves forwarding Sherman Boulevard reconstruction contract to county board; construction expected this spring

A county representative told the Brown Deer Village Board on Feb. 16 that the county has selected a contractor for the North Sherman Boulevard (County Highway G) reconstruction from Bradley Road to Greenville Road/Highway 57 and that the project will be considered by the county board in March. The county rep said the selected contractor previously worked on a DOT intersection project and called the contractor qualified.
