The commission voted to appoint Afia Wilkins (Oklahoma), Candy Johnson (Georgia), Bruce Taizhiran (Guam) and Jaya Salua (American Samoa) to fill vacancies on state advisory committees; the roll call showed several abstentions and no votes and the motion passed by majority.
