Public hearing held on comprehensive plan; no public comments

The governing body opened a public hearing on the proposed comprehensive plan on Feb. 18 and invited members of the public to speak, stating the meeting was being recorded and that commenters should state their name and municipality and limit remarks to three minutes. Unidentified Speaker 2 said, "It is a public hearing about the comprehensive plan," and asked if anyone wished to comment; no public speakers came forward and Speaker 2 announced the public hearing was adjourned.
