Committee backs easement and holding-tank agreement for Solis Natural Burial Reserve
The committee recommended council approval of an easement to run water, sewer and a bike path through land proposed as the Solis Natural Burial Reserve and separately recommended approval of a private holding-tank agreement; staff said the property will use private wells/septic until utilities are extended and the city may assess maintenance charges if it must intervene.
