Planning commission approves final plan for TGOMD Massey propane facility expansion
Kent County commissioners granted final site-plan approval for TGOMD LLC to expand gravel parking and turnaround areas at its Massey liquid propane facility, subject to approved sediment and stormwater plans and required sureties.

The Kent County Planning Commission voted Jan. 8 to grant final site-plan approval to TGOMD LLC for expansion of gravel parking and turnaround areas at its existing LPG storage and distribution facility near 12206 Galena Road, across from the recently-reviewed Halo Edmonds Creek property. The expansion does not add the two additional 90,000-gallon tanks that were part of an earlier approval; the current request covers circulation and parking improvements to accommodate tractor-trailer operations.
