Planning matters included adoption of Ordinance 2025-107 accepting for recording a lot split/consolidation in the Armele Subdivision (Marks Road addresses 17963 and 18179) and Resolution 2025-108 confirming Planning Commission approval of the site plan for Fire Station No. 5 at 19191 Royalton Road.
Council also adopted Ordinance 2025-112 authorizing $4.5 million in bonds for Town Center recreational facilities and related site improvements.
