Clark Township Planning Board approves two routine redevelopment resolutions

During the opening portion of the March 7 meeting the Clark Township Planning Board approved two routine items by roll call: an amendment resolution for Spring Enterprise LLC (6062 Westfield Avenue, Block 106, Lots 3 & 4) and a consistency review finding for the redevelopment area covering 175 and 181 Westfield Avenue (Block 77, Lots 2 & 4). The planner told the board the amendment and the consistency determination are consistent with the municipal master plan and redevelopment objectives. Both motions carried on roll call.
