An unidentified speaker at a meeting said that on Sept. 9, 2024, Officer Randy Keith, already in uniform and in an issued vehicle, heard a radio dispatch about an infant who was not breathing and responded because he was nearby. The speaker said Keith located the infant's mother, took the infant and started CPR before emergency medical services arrived to take over.
