Warren Township officials present four boundary options; experts warn K–5 shift would exceed elementary capacity within two years

Warren Township Schools officials on Monday presented four elementary boundary options and enrollment forecasts that district consultants say leave little room for an immediate return of fifth graders to elementary schools.

"The projections do indicate that that K‑5 enrollment would exceed the K‑5 capacity within the next two years," Wolpert demographer Karen Jackson told the board during a community engagement session, summarizing the firm’s cohort‑survival projections and housing‑yield analysis.
