Superintendent Clint told the board the district has begun procurement steps for a multi‑phase roof project and laid out several financing options for trustees to consider. He said there was a pre‑bid meeting on the 18th, questions for the bidding agent Tremco are due Sept. 27 and bids are due Oct. 4, with an anticipated award at the Oct. 28 board meeting.
