He described the continuing work to refine the district's 10-year capital plan and said staff are exploring funding options for future roof, classroom and solar work, adding his goal is to plan and fund rather than repeatedly patch aging systems.
Committee members asked for clearer updates and for staff to circulate slides or weekly operations emails so board members have time to review the materials. Hartman agreed to share slides and follow up with more detailed counts and timeline projections.
