Committee member (S3) moved to create a three‑ to four‑person committee to craft an anonymous climate survey of employees, and Committee member (S5) seconded the motion. S3 said the survey was intended to gather data to inform the district’s upcoming strategic plan: “We gotta figure out why kids don't wanna come here, why their parents don't wanna send them here,” S3 said, arguing anonymized staff feedback would help identify problems.
